Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Personalized, special-request and custom-made pieces are generally final sale except where damaged, defective, incorrect or required by law. Contact us promptly with photos if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Exchanges depend on available materials. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable except for our error or where required by law. Customers generally cover return shipping for sizing or preference returns. Order changes and cancellations may not be possible after processing begins. Sale items and gift cards are generally final sale except where required by law.
